This rate includes:

Full program carried out by our Stone Age expert, members of local tribes and further staff, as described in the Itinerary/Program from Day 1 to Day 9
All materials needed for all activities
Stone Age/Tribal dress that you can keep as a souvenir (locally made, local sales price around 500 USD)
Transfers as described in the Itinerary/Program
One night at Highview Hotel Karatu with dinner and breakfast (Day 1 on half board), in double room sharing
2 nights beach hotel in Zanzibar on half board (Ras Michamvi Beach Resort on the East Coast of Zanzibar, nights 10 & 11)
Accommodation in simple Stone Age huts from Day 2 to Day 10 (8 nights)
At the Stone Age camp: Full-board food from Day 2 to Day 10; Bottled drinking water (gallons) from Day 1 to Day 10, Lunch at Highview Hotel on day 10

International flights to and from Tanzania
Travel and health insurance
Tourist visa for Tanzania (50 USD for EU and most other citizens, 100 USD for US citizens)
Departure tax from Zanzibar (30 USD, for outbound international flights only)

Anything not mentioned in the "included" list and in the itinerary/program

Travel information:

Start date is always on a Sunday; you should arrive on Sunday morning at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or the day before. If you arrive the day before, you can stay one night at the Springlands Hotel Moshi on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro for 70 USD including the transfer from JRO airport.

You can also arrive at Nairobi/Kenya airport the day before (Saturday) and take either the Riverside Shuttle (40 USD) or use our private minibus transfer, which is 400 USD for up to 8 passengers. We can tell you in advance how many participants will arrive through Nairobi, so you can calculate your cost. You will also need a visa for Kenya in that case which is at least 50 USD.

Please note that the start point (Moshi/Kilimanjaro) differs from the end point of this program, so unless you want to return to Kilimanjaro (for instance to add a Kilimanjaro climb or safari after REBIRTH), you are advised to book an open jaw flight, from your country of origin to Kilimanjaro (JRO) and from Zanzibar (ZNZ) back to your country of origin. Often these flights are not offered through the websites of many airlines, but you can still get them calling the airline's service centre; open jaw flights are not even necessarily more expensive.

Please note:

If we cannot get at least 12 bookings one month before the start date of the camp, there will be no Stone Age Experience. As soon as we have 12 bookings we will confirm you that the camp will take place. If there is no camp, you can either choose to get back all money paid, or you can instead do a very interesting tribal tourism safari including camel riding with the Maasai, a visit to Olduvai Gorge in the Serengeti and activities with the Hadzabe Bushmen.
